Meditation is essential to our Zen-Strength offering. Through this mindfulness practice we learn, experience, benefit from and master zen-strength.

We believe that practicing Meditation primes us for everyday or lifestyle mindfulness. Through Meditation we learn how to still the mind, focus our energy and perform tasks more consciously.

Though Meditation we become mentally stronger and physically calmer. Mental focus builds our mental strength, endurance and flexibility, and conscious body alignment and breath work calms the nervous system.

The practice of meditation is often misunderstood as an excuse to day-dream or a treatment for those who ‘just need to calm down’ but we believe it is essential to creating stillness and stability in our busy, modern lives.

Meditation is sensory. It is about noticing, feeling and ultimately reaching a place of peace, with oneself and one’s circumstances while also instilling in us the confidence to turn our ambitions into reality and our world into a place we are proud to be part of.

We firmly believe that establishing a regular, meditation practice is highly beneficial. We're also aware that initiating and committing to a consistent and sustained meditation practice is, most often, a challenge for many people. As such, Zen-Strength offers 1 hour guided meditation sessions in which one effortlessly learns, establishes and dedicates oneself to regular meditation.

At Zen-Strength we consider Meditation to be an essential ingredient of lifelong, holistic wellness - and as such we welcome all age groups.

Our clients benefit from a unique Meditation experience in that our class format is small - allowing for customisation and some individualised attention. We believe that through this focused attention our clients are more engaged in their Meditation practice. Our clients receive helpful advice and are gently encouraged to extend their Meditation practice beyond Zen-Strength.  Given our small class formats, we accommodate all levels.

In our quiet and peaceful Meditation Room at Zen-Strength we offer Private Meditation, Semi-Private Meditation, Small-Group Meditation (3 people) and Group Meditation (max. 5 people). Water, mats, props, and blankets are provided. 

We bring a mobile version of Zen-Strength Meditation to the beach or park or to your home, hotel room or office space. The size, level and content of these classes are designed with your unique needs in mind. Mixed packages that combine 2 or more Zen-Strength services can be arranged.

Facilitated meditation is unfortunately currently unavailable at Zen-Strength.
